The College & Career Center is a two story, 40’500 sq. ft. addition at the north end of the existing high school. The first floor has 8 new classrooms, 3 offices and a break room, and a large atrium space. The second floor has 6 new classrooms, two science labs, and 2 media production classrooms and storage. The addition consists of conventional structural steel framing with bar joists supporting a concrete slab for the second floor. The west entry renovations provided a new secured vestibule and new student study areas. This structure consists of primarily structural steel.
