David was employed by a pre-stressed concrete producer prior to his over 15 years of employment at Sturm Engineering and Engineering Solutions. He specializes in coordinating difficult projects with unusual or challenging existing conditions. David obtained an Associates Degree from Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City. David is experienced in all type of structural framing with a special expertise in prestressed concrete.
