At Engineering Solutions, LLC, we are involved in the evaluation, renovation, and rehabilitation of existing structures on an ongoing basis.     Engineering Solutions L.L.C. provides structural engineering services primarily as a subcontractor to established repeat architectural clients for building projects. We can also provide structural services directly to clients, acting as contractors, developers and owners. The typical work product is a set of structural plans which include the design and detailing of wood, concrete, masonry and steel structural componentsprecast garage 400 which make up the foundation and framing systems of new building construction.

    In addition to design of new building construction, we can conduct inspections of commercial buildings for owners and insurance companies. (We do not perform residential inspections.)

    To aid in consultation, we have developed strong ties to a number of precast concrete suppliers. Engineering Solutions can also provide both precast concrete design and  precast concrete detailing services to precast contractors throughout the United States.     Athletic facilities have always presented a welcome challenge with Engineering Solutions.   We have completed dozens of gymnasiums, as well as aquatic facilities. We are experienced in the engineering requirements associated with auditoriums utilizing pre-engineered rigid frames, long span bar joists, steel joist girders and custom fabricated steel trusses. Additionally our expertise includes special loadings such as scoreboards, catwalks, air conditioning units, as well as lighting and sound systems.     In the design of medical facilities, coordination with mechanical equipment designers is always a priority.  Structural design must not only include allowances for mechanical and equipment loads, but must also allow required clearance between the ceiling and the floor or roof structure above.
